Vision Plus provides staffing services customised to the customers’ needs. Time-sharing, cost-sharing and localisation through last-mile connectivity help our customers solve their human resource needs. This includes technical and non-technical staff.

1. Our staff, Your payroll model
We recruit the staff based on your requirements and you pay the staff’s salaries. The staff could be either in our premises or yours.

2. Our staff, Our payroll and Your Output model:
We recruit the staff based on your requirements and we pay the staff’s salaries. The staff could be either in our premises or yours. The pricing will be based on the output metrics that are agreed between you and us.

3. Last-mile human support model
When the customer needs to connect with the end-consumer on a periodic basis, we provide staffing services who cover the last-mile connectivity to the consumer. This is especially helpful in sectors where last mile services need to be delivered in person, like periodic meter readings, ad-hoc repair support (product and/or service) and emergency reach and such other consumer activities are required.

Although we use the above three models, we are open to exploring newer collaborative models that are mutually beneficial.
